This is a very special unreleased track It’s an exclusive that may never have come out.

My whole life I’ve been unable to feel certain things. Only fiery emotions like anger, excitement, & anxiety. But vulnerable emotions are unbearable, and a lot of the time unaccessible.

Hurt, loss, disappointment, loneliness, & sadness. These are feelings you can’t act upon. They can make you feel powerless. But they allow you to accept reality. They allow you to move through an experience rather than against it.

Each day I try to be more open in an attempt to be authentic. I want to let go of this hyper masculine, stoic shit I’ve grown up with. I’ve pushed my feelings down so much, sometimes it feels like my chest is made out of stone. It doesn't feel real.

I think being able to embrace emotions is a remarkable strength. I think it allows you to truly grow. And that’s why I wrote this song.

This song means a lot to me even though it’s not perfect.
